FAQ

The day you sign up you'll be charged immediately for the first month. You will then be charged every 30 days as long as you are a member.

Your monthly shirt will ship on the same day each month. For example, if you order on July 5th, your first order will be shipped on July 5th. Your next month’s shirt will ship on August 5th and so on.

Canceling is simple. Simply email “Cancel Subscription” to CustomerService@ProArmory.com and one of our US Veteran customer service re presentatives will cancel it immediately.

There are no exchanges for refunds unless the product itself is damaged or has noticeable defects.

You can access your Customer Portal through your account login. If you have not registered an account, you will need to create an account using the same email address used at checkout.

If you cancel your subscription too late - meaning after your package was shipped out, simply email us or call us and we’ll be happy to help you with your cancellation and answer any questions you may have. You will receive two order-related e-mails from our website. The first e-mail will be sent to you immediately after you place your order and will contain your order confirmation number. You will then receive a second e-mail once your order has been shipped which will contain your shipment's tracking number.
