FAQ's

How do I know what items are in stock and ready to ship?

"In Stock" quantities are displayed on our site under each product. These numbers reflect the exact amount of inventory in our warehouse that is available for sale. If we run out of a given product, our system no longer displays the product. We do this to make your shopping experience fast, easy, and efficient and to avoid errors.

How fast does Pro Armory take to ship an order?

Typically orders ship the next business day. Please note that if items are placed late Friday and over the weekend, your order will ship out within the next 2 business days.

Does Pro Armory over box shipments?

Yes, at ProArmory.com we pack all factory full ammo cases within another box that has no indication of there being ammunition inside besides the hazmat marking. There is no additional charge for this added service, we offer it as a courtesy to our customers. What you are buying should be your business and yours solely.

When will I receive my order confirmation number and tracking number?

You will receive two order-related e-mails from our website. The first e-mail will be sent to you immediately after you place your order and will contain your order confirmation number. You will then receive a second e-mail once your order has been shipped which will contain your shipment's tracking number. If you have not received either of the two e-mails mentioned above, please check your SPAM folder. If you find nothing in your SPAM folder, please contact our office by calling (833) 853-2666 or by sending an e-mail to customerservice@proarmory.com

Can I pick up my order at your warehouse?

Sorry, but our warehouse is not set up to process walk-in orders or pickups.

What is Pro Armory’s return policy?

Due to safety considerations and legal/regulatory reasons, Ammunition is not able to be returned and is considered a final sale item. For items not eligible for a return, we recommend that you contact the manufacturer directly to inquire about warranty and return eligibility. Exceptions are made for defective merchandise only. In the event of you receiving a product that is defective from the manufacturer, we will either have the return made to the manufacturer for exchange or to us for an exchange or refund; this will be done at our discretion.

How can I pay for my order?

You can pay by Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

How will the information I provide be used?

We use the information you provide to ensure that you receive the best possible service. For example, we will often contact customers a few days after their order is scheduled to be delivered just to make sure that everything showed up correctly and in good condition. Do you ship ammunition to California?

Unfortunately, we cannot ship directly to individuals who reside within the state of California. We had hoped to be able to serve our friends on the west coast but the ammunition laws and other laws that California continued to pass proved to be too costly to offer great rates to our Cali friends. If you ever move out of California, we look forward to serving you elsewhere!

Because of the ever-changing regulations and shipping restrictions surrounding the sale of ammunition, we are unable to ship to these locations:

Please note - each FFL charges a different fee to process an ammunition shipment. It is imperative you speak with them PRIOR to placing your order with us.

Do you ship ammunition to Illinois?

We ship everywhere in Illinois, besides the city of Chicago. Two documents are needed in order to ship to Illinois:

  • Valid copy of your FOID card (Firearm Owner’s Identification Card)
  • Valid copy of your driver’s license OR IL state-issued ID

After creating an account, you will be required to upload either a JPEG or PNG image of these two documents. If you are having trouble with uploading, please contact us at (833) 853-2666 or send an email to customerservice@proarmory.com

Your shipping address MUST match at least one of the addresses on these two documents. Once these documents are received and approved, your order will be shipped. And as long as your documents remain valid with a matching shipping address, all future orders will ship automatically.

We are prohibited from selling and shipping ammunition to customers that reside within the city of Chicago, IL. We do sincerely apologize - all orders placed for Chicago, IL will be canceled and refunded.

Applicable IL Statute: b-5) Any resident may purchase ammunition from a person outside of Illinois.
