Combat Application Tourniquet (C-A-T, Gen 7)

The Combat Application Tourniquet (C-A-T), which is manufactured by NAR (NORTH AMERICAN RESCUE), is a proven tried and true tourniquet that should be a part of every medical kit designed to combat bleeding wounds. The C-A-T excels in single-handed use when compared to alternatives and is both lightweight and compact. The durable windlass system is constructed with a polymer handle which helps reduce weight and tightens down the patented free-moving internal band. This free-moving band applies true circumferential pressure to the extremity.

SOF Tourniquet (SOF-T)

The SOF Tourniquet features a 1.5″ wide strap providing a wider compression pattern than most other tourniquets. This translates to improved compression and comfort for the patient. This wide model uses lighter alloy construction and an aluminum handle creating a low profile, lightweight, tourniquet that can be deployed with one hand. It features a quick connect and lockable buckle allowing rapid re-routing around limbs in difficult-to-reach locations without the need to re-thread.
